It appears that some of the media are distorting the truth. I woke up in a world today where racism still exists, where corruption at the highest level continues to prevail and a world where the rich control politicians and back laws that work for them. I don’t have all the answers, but there is a shift happening on our planet. There are so many issues to tackle and deal with.

I woke up in a world where I wonder what kind of future my kids will have. And yet, with all this mass confusion, I clearly understand that there is a solution, a simple solution that we all have the power to embrace and allow to move forward with our example.

It’s simple…….. Be the Change you wish to see in the world. Do something today that will help another…….. Let us all recognize that there is one race, the Human Race…….  That we are all connected……  We are all brothers and Sisters of humanity. When will we understand that What we do to another, we do to ourselves.

The world needs a new awakening……. An awakening that will move us to a point of knowing that we can be one without being the same…….  A oneness that will tolerate all cultures, religions and personal beliefs……  I firmly believe that there are universal laws that can create a bridge to allow people to be themselves while maintaining peace and harmony for all.

I’m often led to think about John Lennon and his song Imagine……. He really got it and tried to share it with the world through his music. So, I ask you this. What are you doing right now to help our world become a better place?  And I’m not talking about some huge mission, I’m talking about day to day, to your neighbor, within your community, to make people feel better about themselves. What are you going to do tomorrow? What are we teaching and showing our youth?

In no way am I coming off as some perfect person, for I am far from that…….  But I do recognize that we have much work to do. I do know that we can all do a little bit more in the forgiveness area and help others more than we are now. We have become a society that allows the material things in life blindly control and manipulate us……  Please forgive me…….  My fingers are just flying as I type this material as I know this is a message directly sent from above with no agenda but to help us see the many opportunities we have left to make things better day by day, person by person.

God gave us free will to make our own choices, and with our choices that we make day to day, Ultimately determines the future for humanity and our planet……  The more love we can show the more love spreads….. The more kindness we demonstrate, the more we see it expand to others…… But it starts with our individual actions……  Our thoughts and belief systems…….

I firmly believe that love is at the foundation of humanity……. I firmly believe we were created in Love. And that my friends is the good news. If we can re-member who we really are within, we can change this world and the direction it is heading in.

I hope these words have at least opened your eyes to  the possibilities.

If you go with-in……  You will never be without……..

1st there is the factor of how the couple came together. Were they friends before being lovers?  This is important because a good friendship that is established in the beginning can create a bridge for a deeper relationship. Some relationships however are created by 2 people looking for something in the other to replace what they just had.

This is the most dangerous way for people to engage any type of productive relationship simply because of how they met. In my opinion, It is wise to completely heal and be completely free from a previous situation before moving into a new relationship that is serious.

Another huge problem with relationships that start wrong is that once a commitment is made, couples tend to take each other lightly. This further leads to couples judging the other and looking to their partner to make them happy and fulfill their needs. My friends, true happiness begins within and can never be found in another person. This is not to be confused with enjoying being with your partner, but you can never look to the other to complete, make you happy or fulfill you.

I have witnessed many couples stay in a non productive relationship because of fear. Fear that they cannot move on to a more productive situation, or find future happiness with someone else. So, they settle and create a sea of unhappiness within themselves. Then some wonder why the same things keep happening which leads to bigger problems down the road.

In today’s society, meeting someone is the easiest thing to do. I see so many lonely people out there lurking for a glimmer of something that resembles real love and wish it would find them, thus we take more chances than ever to find and secure this new love that we feel will last forever. True love has no judgments, jealousy, resentment or punishment of the other. True Love just exists and understands nothing else. Very few couples ever get to experience this. We think we know what true love is, but we have not a clue.

No one should ever feel compelled to remain with someone because of any other reason besides pure love. Some relationships that break up is because someone has outgrown the relationship, which happens many times and should be understood and accepted.

Trust is very important in a relationship. But when we talk about trust, I am not talking about the trust that ties the hands of your partner. I am talking about the trust and the honesty that if one partner no longer wants that particular relationship, that the other person should respect their wishes and let them leave in peace.

There should never be an entitlement feeling within the relationship making one party feel that they need to stay in the relationship for any other reason other than they want too.

Again, all the above is just my opinion, but I am a firm believer in the phrase “love everything and be attached to nothing”

I trust that all of you are well. I have been gone for some time due to me taking a break from things. I am now in motion to getting back and visiting and writing as I use to. It appears that the world continues to unravel with many challenging situations for some, but the thing to always keep in the for front of your mind is knowing that you are in control of your life and can create and manifest any reality you choose to.

I wish to thank all of you that have left me comments on my blog posts in the month of June, and I feel nothing but Great appreciation for the kind words, the sharing that some of you have been doing with others regarding the work I do here and the encouragement that i have received. All of this keeps me motivated and drives me to share more of what I do.

I am still working on my CD/DVD series which will be completed soon and released to the public. I do not have an exact time line as to when this will be completed, solely because it is done out of share inspiration through spirit and I am often waiting for when that takes place before  I continue working. But rest assure, it will be completed soon.

In closing…….  Please take the time and let your love ones know you love them. Never take for granted the power in showing appreciation and love for all the people that are closely connected to you.

N. D. Walsh has been an ongoing teacher in my life in providing insights I fully apply in my personal growth. I wish to share a few of these insights with as many people as possible, to further help humanity with the day to day issues we all face.

One thing I had trouble accepting for a long time was the fact that there are no guarantees in the universe giving us everything we choose. This is clearly because we keep changing our minds about things.  I do see more than ever that what we believe, we create, what we think, we experience, even to what we say, we produce and I believe it happens more often than not, but there are other factors to consider here. In my experiences, what I have noticed is there is another law which tends to show up when we have made a declaration to the universe and that is the Law of Opposites.

Have you ever made a clear decision on what you are going to do, maybe a change about something in your life or a decision to go in a different direction and almost immediately you start to see and meet some resistance? Well the “Law of Opposites” has just surfaced. This law simply means when you make a declaration about something, the opposite will show up.

Many people use terms like the devil and other devices, but in my opinion it’s just a universal law. This law is necessary because as it shows up, it gives you the clear choice to choose the course that you will continue on. Are you going to give into the law, or continue to embrace the declaration you have made to the universe? Is this making sense?

In our reality, in the realm of the relative, in order for one thing to exist, the other has to be present. Even though I understand this to be true, it still messes with me at times and I have to sit back, collect my senses and allow this understanding to connect to me.

Because of this law showing up, people play with both sides of their reality, going back and forth on an emotional roller coaster with the result sometimes not attained or pushed further away. This is why I made the comment earlier saying that we may not always get what we choose because our foundation is not on solid ground.

Another important factor in our creating is in understanding that we are co-creating with others. This means not only are we creating individually, but the people we surround ourselves with are in that creating process also. So, not only are we creating through thought, word and deed (the 3 tools of Creation), but we are doing this with others. This is why it is so critical to be mindful of who is around you and the energies that are co-mingling with your energies. Just this one error can put you away from realizing your desired dreams and goals.

If you follow the teachings of Jesus, and I am not getting religious here on you, but the example of his words, “when two or more are gathered, there I am”. This is the power of what can take place when two or more are focused and have the right energies working together. Things will tend to move and happen quicker. But again, be careful, because it can easily go in the other direction if the energies are not working together. Collective creation is more powerful than individual creation.

I cannot stress the above point enough. If you are in a situation where those around you are not buying into your goals or dreams, then you may struggle to bring them into your world of your desire. If you do and they are not on the same page, just their energy of negativity can cause you a delay in this process of creation.

Think about this closely. In fact, let me do one better and give you an example. And please, as I have to put a disclaimer here, this is only an example. Suppose your spouse is not on the same page as you about your dreams. And let’s say that an argument came about because of it. Even if neither of you talk about it again, you will still feel the effect because you will feel your spouse’s energy. Both of you are sharing a home; you are there with your spouse for a period of time during your day and there will always be some awkwardness surrounding the situation. Do you get my point here? So you have to be careful in who you share your dreams with.

In addition to dealing with the law of opposites, you have your own personal awareness to watch. Remember, if you are walking around saying you want something, then the universe will just keep giving you the feeling of wanting.

It is my opinion that whenever you ask for anything, you immediately come from a position of Lack. This lack will continue to exist in your experience. When you ask, you are saying to the universe that it does not exist.

Ok…..  Let’s break this down and show how this process of creation works.

1^st…. Is your Perspective of things. Your perspective creates your Perception…..

Your Perception then creates your Belief.  And this is when what we see is what we believe for most people. Your beliefs then create your Behavior. Your behavior comes about from what you believe about one thing or another. Every incident of behavior without discrimination is a direct demonstration that is backed by your beliefs. It puts into action your thoughts about something, or the reaction of something. As you behave in a certain way, then we further go on and create our Experiences. Every experience we have is a result of our behavior. No matter how we act, an experience is always created. And the last part of the loop is every experience we have creates our Reality……

Kinda cool, huh?? Even though I know this info, there is much work in recognizing it and seeing the process in motion. But it gets deeper than that. Here’s where the loop starts again because our experiences and reality create our perspective all over again……………

This is the Full circle that is forever going around and around shaping our process of creation. Ok, so here it is again for you.

Perspective creates perception, perception creates belief, belief creates behavior, behavior creates experience, experience creates reality, and reality loops around and creates our Perspective which may be new or old…….  Guess what? We always get to decide!

So let’s recap here:

If your perspective is that you do not now have a thing — anything…whatever it is that you desire — if your perspective is that you are lacking it, you will create that reality, because that is how the Circle of Creation works.

I am going to leave you with this for now and will come back with more information on how to make a shift in your thinking to fully take advantage of this process of creation.

Every day, I go through a ritual of reading, writing and meditating. Through this process I receive inspiration from within that comes out naturally in my content. One factor that was important to me when I started this site was to make sure that I spoke only about concepts that came from within. I did not want to mimic anyone else’s material.

I believe that all the worlds’ information exists right now. Some of it is just being conveyed differently but produces the same message. My goal is to teach in a way where people are awaken and inspired to trust their inner source for all their answers and to receive guidance.

In the near future, I will begin my Internet talk show. I did this in the past with some success, but I feel that this go around will be much more enlightening.  I will speak on many of the concepts that I write about in my posts and welcome you to participate and share your views with me.

The world is shifting right now. I feel that more of us need to start being the change we wish to see in the world. This is not an easy task, but it has to start with someone somewhere. In my opinion, the solutions lie within each individual being guided to find their inner peace. Once we can stop looking outside of ourselves for answers, then we start the journey to self fulfillment.

In closing, I truly wish to thank all of you again for your support. When I put this site up, I felt in my heart that the right people would find my content, and every day, this is happening. I am no different than you or any other human being. The secret to success in life is to fully embrace your path and walk it. When this is done, then things begin to fall in place for you almost magically.

What is the meaning of success to you?

I ask the above because there appears to be a bit of confusion with some people as to what the idea of success really is. What I have seen over the years is that people look to others to rate what and who is labeled a success. As though there is a bar or target of some sort that approves one as being successful.

Is success a destination once arrived or is it part of the journey? Maybe all the above. Can one be successful without being popular? Thomas Edison was successful in inventing electricity; however was his journey to that invention a success although he had faced failure after failure? If he would have died leaving clues to someone else that went on and used his lifetime of experience to invent electricity, would he be in the history books as a successful person?

I also think of Abe Lincoln, who was defeated so many times in his life and then reached the position of President of the United States.

• Sweetheart (Ann Rutledge) died, 1835
• Had nervous breakdown, 1836

• Defeated for nomination for Vice-President, 1856

As you review the above list of perhaps one of the greatest leaders that ever held the position of President of the United States, how do you view success now? Please also take into account that Lincoln only had about 12 months of formal schooling in his entire life.

In my opinion, success is what you make it to be. It does not have to encompass money unless that is what you make it. Look at Mother Theresa, Martin Luther King, jr, Gandhi…..  All whom were successful and monetarily were not compensated.

Successful people do not go after success because they want anyone’s approval or permission to be successful. They stay at it until they obtain their desire and fulfillment. They are focused driven and really do not care what anyone thinks of them.

I talk passionately about this because it is time for people to focus more on themselves, other than everyone else and what they are saying success is. You are always successful if you are pursuing your desired idea or goal. Success is all in the journey. Every ahha moment of truth that you have, which lifts you up mentally, emotionally or spiritually is a success. When one recovers from a bad relationship – that is success. The ability to move on to a more productive relationship is also success. When a parent and child reunite and talk after a length of time because of pain and differences, success is there in the air.

Success is an idea and concept that is always in motion if we would only recognize it and let it be a part of our reality. Part of the problem that we as a society make is in setting up certain guidelines, or the “my success is better than yours”. How did we ever get to the place of rating success and using that as the bar to how we look at people?

How do we rate the single mom that raises her child and then that child goes on to become a so called successful person, turning out to be perhaps a Governor, Senator, very successful businessman, Missionary or Fireman? Does the single mom get any credit at all? She should and not because of her Childs success but because she had an idea of success for herself and that was to make sacrifices for her child.

Success starts with the proper mindset. Success is the recognition of staying on course and moving towards the end result. Success is found all along the way. Success is learning new information, making new alliances, successfully following your game plan and getting better as you move forward.

Start to think about all the successes that you have had in your life. They are there and present. You have had as many as anyone else. You have to view them as such and start to recognize the uncommon successes that you have as true movements towards the future. Do not focus on accolades from your family and friends. We often time look for this approval from others and use that as a guide to being fulfilled within. This is dangerous because if we continually follow and look for that acceptance, we will continue to be lost.

Success is a feeling that anyone can obtain and have. It is the idea of what you hold as the highest thought about yourself and how you would like to see you. It represents the very inner essence of what you are all about.

For years I struggled to understand this and what it meant. I put so much emphasis on money and that literally drove me crazy. You cannot chase money. It will continue to elude you. You cannot try and set a trap for it, it will always smell out the bait. You have to let success be part of who you are and what you do passionately. Once this is understood and you are on the path to doing what you really choose to do, then success will be more apparent and take form in a way that will fulfill you as an individual.

You may be asking, well, what about the problems and the roadblocks of life? Hey look back at Lincoln and his years of journeying. 28 years of what many would consider a complete failure and would have given up and quit. He did the one thing that we can all do and that is to push on to realizing higher and higher levels of awareness furthering the larger expression of our success. In 1835, Lincoln lost his sweetheart, in 1836; he had a nervous breakdown and yet persisted with a warrior mentality.

People are looking at the glass half empty, instead of what is there. Just the mere fact that something is in the glass can be success in motion if we will accept it as such. Life will continue to hand you situations that you will have to deal with. Your Attitude is the difference when we are faced with the illusions of problems. There is no better or worst. We come here and we will leave one day. All that we can do is focus on the moment and our grandest version of what we choose for our lives to be. If we keep that version within our minds and heart, success will forever be a part of our existence. I look forward to talking to you soon.

I ran from the concept of surrendering for years. The reason was because of the total ignorance I was living in mentally. Feeling like I would turn into a chump. But the real reason I ignored surrendering is because I was in fear of losing my identity.

What I didn’t realize is; I was not losing my identity, but actually realizing my true identity, and by walking in who I truly was, I would be who I am suppose to be. Interesting isn’t it? For those struggling with surrendering, let me share some insight on this for you.

When you surrender to your true nature, you begin to turn over a new leaf in your life and you embark on a new direction. When you walk in who you are, which is the soul stating and declaring to the world that I am, then this births a new seed of the soul which starts to fulfill itself. Just like an apple put into the ground produces fruit of abundance in apples, when you’re true seed of your soul purpose is planted, then you start to produce the seed of your true creative nature.

This allows natural creating begins to take place. You see, when you create while walking in your soul purpose, then you naturally attract all the people, situations, funds and everything else needed to fulfill your creative desires. That is why we see amazing examples of this in athletes, who show remarkable skill in their sport, or musicians, and artists. These individuals have surrendered to their natural inner source and their seed produces fruit in major abundance.

Many people live an entire lifetime without knowing what their seed of purpose is. Others recognize their seed, but because of fear, they choose not to plant it in the ground of surrendering. The fear of what they may lose; or the changes that may take place, blinds their vision of the fruit they can produce when they surrender totally to the seed of who they are.

My life has been an example of this.  I ran from my seed of calling for many years. And in those years, suffering many problems and attracting major confusion into my life. There were many years I was chasing instead of trusting and planting the seed of my soul purpose. This chasing left me angry, lowered myself esteem and put me in many states of depression.

If you really look at what I am saying here, you will see that the better road is the one that allows you to surrender. When one truly surrenders, they also accept fully who they are. And when you can truly accept, you release the part of you that is harboring thoughts of doubt and worry and cling only to who you are.

You have a distinct seed of purpose within. It is important that you 1^st recognize this and then identify it. Once you identify your seed, plant it by surrendering and begin to trust God and the universe to guide you. Some may be reading this and still may feel some fear, because they are unsure if they can let go. But, I can tell you this. Full surrendering and planting of your seed can only send your life in the right direction. You were born naturally with a special seed, if planted can only produce fruit in abundance. It’s the way the universe works. And if you have ever taken a look at nature, you will see a divine process to everything. We as humans are a part of this universal process and if we abide by these principles, we too can attract and produce fruit of abundance on many levels. But the key is to surrender to who you are really supposed to be and to be only that person.

This may take a while to digest in your mind and absorbed by your spirit. As I received this revelation from a higher source, it completely revealed to me how my life applied to what I have written above. If you take the time and reflect on some things that have happened in your life, you may see some similarities and be able to draw some concrete conclusions that may allow you to see things differently.

Just know this. Once you surrender and properly plant your seed of your distinct purpose. Fruit will start to produce. Many people look at other people and what is going on in their lives and try to mimic others. This is a misguided way to approach life because their seed is of another nature that is foreign to yours.

God has given you a distinct seed of purpose unlike any other human being. There may be others that may be involved in your seed family of purpose or work, but no one else can deliver it the unique way that you can.

This is to be celebrated.

The four pillars of personal power are Prayer, Choice, Belief and Love.

Today will be part 1 of a four part series dealing with these personal pillars. So let’s talk about the 1^st one, prayer.

I think people pray from time to time, but what is interesting is that people mostly pray if:

1. They are in a crisis
2. Afraid of a crisis that may be coming
3. Or when they want something

Why are we waiting for only the above to happen before we pray? Prayer should be used as a daily practice in our lives and multiple times during the day.

When we find ourselves only falling on our knees at a time of need, this sends a message to the universe of lack and want……  and the universe in no way recognizes lack or want. This was a painful lesson I learned on my journey. I found myself only reaching out to God in a crisis, like when money problems surfaced; I reached out to God…..  And when the situation did not turn out like I expected, I found myself blaming the world and God for everything.

Are there miracles which happen every day?  Absolutely! But this is not what I am talking about here. I am trying to convey the message that prayer should be conducted every day and should play a major role in our lives.

I came to an understanding that a prayer of gratitude and thanks are always in order. Prayer should not only be done when things go bad. In fact, prayer should be practiced more often when things are going well. A prayer of Gratitude and Thankfulness expands more of what we already have. And this my friend is what many people are missing.

Simply waking up every morning and taking your 1^st breath should be reason enough to be thankful to God. We have so much to be thankful for. But many take these daily blessings for granted.

One day I realized, my perspective of life had been wrong. I realized that the things which were happening in my life, I was totally responsible for……  Good or Bad. I finally realized how blessed I was and I needed to first be thankful and show gratitude for all the good I did have going on in my life. But I had to take it a step further and express my thanks to God and the universe through prayer.

Today, I pray multiple times a day, fully knowing there is a higher source. In my daily meditations, I acknowledge God as a direct partner in my life and thank him for all of my success and accomplishments. I do this to remind myself that everything I may have as it relates to material wealth or success has God all through it. In no way were these things brought into creation because of my merits solely.  I also send blessings to others in prayer as a way to expand on more of what is good.

There is so much to be said about prayer and the effects it has had on all of humanity. Prayer combined with total faith has allowed us all to see the impossible become possible. But the secret to the power in prayer to me is to pray often and not only when things are not in your favor, but to openly express gratitude for all that is well in your life.

I plan on doing much more research on prayer. I even have a prayer concept waiting to be born; it’s about starting a volunteer prayer group. The idea would be to have a collective group of people pray for an individual or a situation when the need surfaces. I believe this would magnify the power of that prayer and create instant change for the recipients and the situation. If you are interested in exploring this with me, please drop me an email. What and why has this happen? It’s because people are so caught up with the business of life, that they have not taken the time to spend with themselves. Let me ask you this? In all the time you take throughout your day, how much of it do you spend with you……????  Think about that for a minute. After The job, family, kids, spouse, where is there time for you?

My friend, you cannot possibly pursue anything or have any clarity of mind if this rhythm continues in your life. A constant whirlwind of bombardments into your life with no place or time to rest will dismantle you slowly and over time it will start to affect other aspects of your life.

Then one day, you wake up and realize that so much time has passed and you do not know who you are when looking at in the mirror. The neighborhood of the mind has changed. The mental house now is in need of major repair.  The identity of self has been robbed by time, other people and the many situations that run through your life.

Please, if you have read this far, then you know what I’m talking about. Living a life where the events of life controls your every living moment is scary, but the majority of the planet is sleep walking with no awareness at all.

This information that you are reading is coming out of me naturally. Nothing rehearsed or prepared, just the spirit talking through me for those that needed to read this. The ugliness we often see in life is because our internal compass is broke with no true direction to move in. No goals, dreams and instead fear is our dominate guide as we tackle the issues of the day.

When was the last time you were in the moment and had a feeling of oneness with the creator? And I am not talking about church? I’m talking about a direct feeling from God within your spirit guiding you through your day and you feeling the love of God all through you without worry?

Please take the time to find time for you and God to connect. The soap operas can wait, they will always be there. The reality shows can be recorded, and the gossip will find you eventually. But the time for you and God to hook up is sacred and should be taken advantaged of right now.

Where can you start……?????  Right now.  Ask God for a moment, shut the phone off, get away from all the noise………. Get quiet for a few minutes every day and feel what it’s like to get to know God on a personal level.

Know that you are an Eternal Being…… always creating and manifesting!

Coming up, I was very hard headed; rebellious and pretty much did things my way. My father was very strict on me as a child and because of this, a disconnection between us developed. My parents loved me, but it was hard for me to see how and it was even harder to feel.

Transitioning into adulthood, I really hurt my parents and put our entire relationship in a strain. What happened really does not matter; regardless of the story or situation, they all end up in the same place called pain and turmoil! You may have such complications with your family members right now. I want to offer some words of truth that may touch your heart and trigger you to reach out and attempt to mend those relationships.

For years, I harbored a lot of guilt and pain as it related to my parents. This pain, which was not properly dealt with, led to procrastination in communication, which left our family connections distant, estrange, very shallow and fake.

As I began to embark on my new path, the new journey of my life, I realized all relationships are sacred and should be treated as such. I am in no way suggesting that you keep dealing with individuals who are not kind to you or have abused you. I am talking about looking at those relationships which may have broken away because of an argument, misunderstanding or situations that can be mended because the individual has changed.

We as humans tend to let the ego guide us to a place of stubbornness. A place where we feel we have to punish the other person and oust them out of our lives for good. You know what I’m talking about. And this then leads to months, if not years of not communicating with that particular individual.

But what I would like to ask you is this. The individual or people you have chosen to not communicate with, are they still present in your heart? Are they still appearing in your thoughts? Is there a glimpse of wonder as to what they may be doing and how life maybe treating them? If you have answered yes to the above, then this is a true indicator you are still very much connected to this person or family member and it may serve you well to be the bigger individual, reach out make an attempt to mend the relationship.

I offer the above because this is exactly what happened to me. Years went by without any real solid communication between me and my parents. And even though I was away, in the distance, I still often wondered about them.

In my new awakening, I made the decision to make things right and explore what could be done to get things back on track.

The first thing I had to do was to let go of the past. It has no place or room in the present or the possibilities of the future. The 2^nd thing I did was forgive. Asking the lion share of forgiveness be for me. Nothing can move forward unless the situation from all sides is forgiven. It takes more than cleaning the slate and talking things through. There has to be forgiveness. The object here is to never blame or pass judgment. The key is to recognize what has happened has happened, to forgive all including self and vow to move forward in a new light and understanding. Resentment of any kind harbored will sabotage the relationship moving forward. It must be done with love and from love. This is the only way things can have a chance.

After clearing the air with my parents, and forgives was put in its proper place, I felt a huge blockage removed from my soul, making me feel lighter. I felt free. I offer this to you as example of how situations of pain and hurt can be turned around with the proper actions.

Remember, if you are looking to mend any relationship, do not include resentment, judgment or blame into the equation……… let love and forgiveness guide you.

I want to caution you. Some relationships will never heal because both parties will not be willing. If this is the situation you find yourself in, then simply forgive all involve, including you and walk away in peace. When you release it to the universe, this allows you to move freely without any attachments to the relationship or situation.

I truly hope this has helped. Take action now to mend any hurt relationships you have or need to break free from.
